LaPete Yeates, LLC is a tax consulting firm specializing in providing customized tax services to owners and users of real property. Founded in 2014 by Marsha Mosley LaPete, our team consists of highly qualified professionals with backgrounds and expertise in accounting, architecture, engineering and taxation.
We work collectively with our client’s existing advisors to provide solutions for federal income tax planning and financial accounting reporting. We are currently a firm of 4 people located and growing in the cities of Chicago, Philadelphia and Tallahassee.​

The firm's principals have a cumulative 50 years of experience at the "Big 4" accounting firms and 15 years in the National Tax Department of Ernst & Young providing tax consulting and planning to clients around the world. We bring our experience, and our passion, to provide quality solutions, both tax and accounting, in a more client-focused platform for our clients.
