Molly Kelly is the Managing Director at LaPete Yeates, LLC.  Residing in Chicago, she has over fifteen years of experience providing engineering analysis for federal tax and financial accounting  matters in the form of cost segregation and capitalization studies.  Her portfolio of work includes cost segregation studies for constructed and acquired properties, repair studies, the implementation of the tangible property regulations, IRC Section 179D (Deduction for Energy Efficient Commercial Buildings) studies and Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit (HRTC) work.  Her clients have included companies of all sizes in industries including real estate, health care, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, and entertainment.

Prior to joining LaPete Yeates, LLC, Molly was a Senior Manager in Ernst & Young, LLP’s Cost Segregation group in National Tax for 11 years.

Molly received her Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies and Master of Architecture from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
